Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

SkyCenter brings together parking, accommodation and car rental services in the area of Iași International Airport. By using any of the SkyCenter Services or Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

SkyCenter reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.

2. The services offered

SkyCenter offers customers:

• Private parking — with a free transfer to the terminal, on request;
• Accommodation — rooms and apartments for a night before your flight or for short stays, subject to availability;
• Car rental — cars, with the rental conditions given before confirmation.

The availability of each service may vary depending on the period and capacity. SkyCenter does not guarantee availability in the absence of a confirmed booking.

3. Reservations and confirmation

Reservations can be made online through the website, by phone at +40788883388 or by e-mail at skyrentro@gmail.com. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from SkyCenter.

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the reservation (personal data, vehicle data, flight data). SkyCenter is not responsible for errors generated by incorrect information submitted by the client.

4. Pricing and Payments

The prices shown are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made in cash or by card at the premises, or online through the methods available on the site. SkyCenter reserves the right to change prices without affecting already confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival: full refund;
• Cancellation less than 48 hours: a 20% fee of the booking value is retained;
• No-show: the value of the first night or the first day of parking/rental is retained.

Booking changes are accepted at least 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

6. SkyCenter's Liability

The responsibilities and limits applicable to each service are communicated in the terms of service and in the confirmed booking. These may include situations such as natural calamities, acts of third parties, own defects of the vehicle or items left in the vehicle.

SkyCenter's liability for direct material damage is limited to the value of the contracted service. SkyCenter is not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profit.

7. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes:

• provide accurate and complete data when booking;
• to comply with the internal regulations of the parking lot, accommodation unit or car rental point;
• to hand over the rented vehicle in the condition in which it was received, with the same level of fuel and without additional damage;
• hold a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirements for the rent-a-car service.

8. Force majeure

SkyCenter is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events: earthquakes, floods, fires, general strikes, restrictions imposed by authorities or any other situation beyond SkyCenter's reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the SkyCenter sites (logo, names, texts, images, design, source code) are the property of SkyCenter and are protected by Romanian and European copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the written consent of SkyCenter is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. In the absence of an agreement, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Iași county or through the SAL (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedure at ANPC.
